For Manchurian Balls
Grated cabbage - 2 bowls
Grated Cauliflower -2 bowls
Grated Carrot - 1
Indian Cottage Cheese (Paneer) - 200 Gram
Finely Chopped Green Chilli - 3
Grated Garlic - 3 Teaspoon
Ginger - 1/2 Teaspoon
Maida (Wheat Flour) - 6 Teaspoons
Ajinomoto - 3/4 Teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil for Frying
For Manchurian Gravy
Cooking Oil - 3 Teaspoon
Garlic - 2 Teaspoon
Ginger - 1/2 Teaspoon
Finely Chopped Green Chilli - 2
Finely chopped Carrot - 1
Finely chopped Beans - 8-10
Finely chopped Capsicum - 1
Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
Water - 4 glass
Tomato Ketchup - 1 Servicespoon
Green Chilli Sauce - 1 Servicespoon
Soy Sause - 2 Teaspoon
Cornflour - 3 Teaspoon
Vinegar - 2 Teaspoon
Ajinomoto - 1/2 Teaspoon
Black Pepper (Kalimirch) - a pinch
